Johnson Concrete Products has been producing Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) in Salisbury, NC since 1947 for both commercial and residential applications. Most of the original RCP installed in 1947 is still in use to this day! Our production facility complies with the Q-Cast Certification Program through the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA), of which we are a proud member. ACPA’s 124-point audit is the most stringent quality control program available in our industry, with yearly examinations by independent consulting firms.

UNMATCHED DURABILITY AND STRENGTH…

Johnson Concrete Products’ RCP has a 100-year design life, much longer than other types of pipe. Unlike flexible pipe, concrete pipe has the majority its strength built into its structure, thus simplifying the installation. Our residential pipe is produced in both 4′ and 8′ lengths in diameters up to 36″ with adherence to AASHTO M 170 and ASTM C-76 standards. We also supply catch basins, castings and other stormwater management products.
